Ward Building – $5,500,000 project

This project consists of a new construction of 42 condominiums on 6 floors, with 1 level of underground parking and a structural ground floor slab.  The other floor slabs are prefabricated and the exterior walls are also prefabricated at the manufacturing plant.  The project had been studied as a conventional system.  The owner decided to change it to a prefabricated system.  Due to this change, TRIDÔME adapted to work this project as “Fast Track” and the entire project was erected over the winter.
