SPECIAL FEATURES

 

ARCHITECTURAL:

Complete demolition of 1950’s existing construction of plaster, lathe and terracotta walls, and concrete slab. Reconstruction of all walls and ceilings with new highly detailed gyproc ceilings and tiles. Solid cherry doors, wood paneling and numerous chair rail and crown moldings. Quarry cast paneling, moldings and baseboards. Washrooms have been completed with granite countertops. New custom made mirrors and furnishings.

MECHANICAL:

New HVAC complete system and distribution for chapel and rebalanced the existing system for new layout. All new under slab rough in pipes and new fixtures within new washrooms.

STRUCTURAL:

N/A

ELECTRICAL:

All new lighting fixtures and re-worked the existing electrical distribution.

CONSTRUCTION TIME:

Twelve (12) weeks
