Construction of a new 9-story luxury hotel of 108 rooms and suites (complete with long-term stay kitchenettes), including mezzanine, penthouse and underground parking facilities. Complete concrete structure. Glass curtain wall, precast panels and granite. Basic project plans were provided however TRIDÔME and the consultants revised many details together to significantly decrease costs to accomplish budget savings.
